Charlotte Flower has been creating delicious chocolates at her home on the banks of Loch Tay since 2007.
A keen botanist and forager, Charlotte infuses local, seasonal herbs and flowers into her chocolate. Her Scots Pine 66% Dark Chocolate is infused with the flavours of Scots Pine shoots. The fruity flavours of Madagascan beans blend beautifully with Scots Pine shoots for a fresh taste with hints of strawberry jam.
