Kernow
Kernow Chocolate is owned by a family of artisan chocolatiers from Wadebridge, Cornwall. Formed in 2005, The Shapland family began selling their chocolate from their harvest shop. This endeavour proved so successful that by 2016 they had moved their production to a former RAF airbase in St Eval.
Kernow doesn’t do things by the book when it comes to creating their flavours. Greatly inspired by famed English puddings such as Eton Mess and Billionaires Shortbread Milk, their chocolate is like a complete dessert in just one bar.
Of the hundreds of bars on offer at the Chocolatarium, Kernow’s Banoffee is one of the top five bought by visitors after tasting a sample in the Chocolatarium’s Tasting Room and goes brilliantly with a cup of coffee.
They also do a fantastic range of Christmas flavours, the best of which are Christmas Pudding, Bah Humbug Mint Milk and the very realistic Stollen Dark chocolate!
