Milk Chocolates

Chocolate makers skillfully use perfectly ground nuts and chocolate to create the creamy mouthfeel of a dairy milk chocolate. Using only cacao, sugar and
hazelnuts, Chocolate Tree’s 40% Hazelnut Gianduja is Nutella for vegans. Solkiki uses peanuts to the same effect and combine them with vanilla and soy to
make their scrumptious 33% Tahitian Nougat Peanut White.
Dark Chocolates
For a pure nutty experience, there is Chocolate Tree’s Super Nuts. A 70% bar made with Peruvian organic chocolate that is very generously sprinkled with large
pieces of organic hazelnuts, cashews, almonds and walnuts. Four Nuts, from raw chocolate specialist Conscious, has a slightly less nutty flavour (the pieces are
smaller) but has a soft, almost truffle-like consistency that really melts in the mouth. Four Nuts contains, Brazil nuts, cashews, hazelnuts and walnuts.
For a bit of sweetness with your nuts, Stateside’s 71% Pecan Pie has lovely large pecans sprinkled on chocolate, lavishly infused with maple flavours. Devine.
