Based in Dundee, Ocelot is a Scottish chocolate maker founded in 2013 by husband-and-wife duo Matt and Ish. They turn chocolate bars into works of art. With striking, gallery-worthy packaging and bold organic flavours, they treat chocolate as both craft and canvas.

Known for sophisticated twists on familiar flavours, Ocelot’s bars are as thoughtful as they are beautiful. Their Blood Orange is a refined take on orange chocolate, using blood orange oil for floral, tart complexity. Their Cinnamon Swirl combines milk chocolate with pieces of artisan cinnamon bun from Wild Hearth Bakery, baked in a wood-fired oven. Their Violet Milk is at the other end of the scale using rare Congolese cocoa and a delicate, floral hint of violet.
