Milk Chocolate

Coco’s Rhubarb & Ginger captures these unusual flavours in its lovely and rich 40% Colombian milk chocolate. For an even more chocolatey flavour, Chocolate Tree does a high-class 45% Fruit and Nut milk chocolate bar with a generous topping of raisins and buttery Piedmont hazelnuts. With scrummy apple jelly and biscuit in a very slightly spiced smooth and creamy milk chocolate is Kernow’s Apple Crumble Milk.

White Chocolate

We all know red berry fruit and creamy white sweetness make a great combination. Capturing this in a bar is the Eton Mess - smooth white chocolate with crunchy meringue pieces and fruity strawberry. Willie’s Cacao Raspberries and Cream white chocolate is sweet tangy raspberry in a gloriously smooth and melty chocolate. While Chocolate Tree’s Forest Fruits is an organic white chocolate sprinkled with generous helpings of blueberries, blackberries and raspberries.

Dark Chocolate

Dark fruits are a perfect match for dark chocolate. They sweeten it up and bring interesting new flavours. Cherry lovers have Montezuma’s 70% Black Forest for a deep dark smooth chocolate and then there’s vegan Sour Cherry - an organic, raw and vegan bar that has an extremely moreish, fudgey texture that you probably won’t have experienced before.

Duffy’s 65% Raspberry is by far the most popular dark and fruity chocolate among Chocolatarium visitors for its sweet and rich raspberry flavour and textured stone ground chocolate. For a summery tropical feel, there’s Seed & Bean’s 66% Coconut and Raspberry made with single-origin chocolate from the Sao Thome islands.

If you are looking for something more exotic, MIA’s (made in Africa) Boabab and Salted Nibs Dark Chocolate infuses a tangy almost sherbet-like flavour into their super smooth Madagascan chocolate. For gentle bursts of juicy passionfruit flavour, there’s Pacari’s organic Passionfruit dark chocolate or for smooth passionfruit flavour throughout the bar, there’s Coco’s Passionfruit made with Colombian chocolate.
