Milk Chocolates

One of the most popular flavoured milk chocolate bars in our Tasting Room is Seed and Bean’s Sea Salt and Lime. Its refreshing lime, smooth milk chocolate and just a hint of salt make it a real crowd-pleaser.

For a more complex flavour journey, Montezuma’s Hot Pickle milk chocolate starts with the sweet flavours of lime, but it ends with the kick of the warming chilli spice.

Dark Chocolates

Stateside bring you dessert with their fragrant and zingy Key Lime Pie dark chocolate. And Coco serve you up a “choctail” with their Gin and Tonic dark chocolate delicately flavoured with lemon, lime and a dash of juniper.

The piney, fruity flavours of cardamon combine brilliantly with lemon in the slightly sweeter 58% Lemon Cardamon from Seed and Bean.

White Chocolates

Fresh lemon is one of the few flavours that are delicate enough to complement white chocolate. The most popular with Chocolatarium visitors is the fresh-tasting Lemon & Poppy Seed Organic white from Chocolate Tree. For something a little sweeter, there’s Kernow’s Lemon Meringue white chocolate. The freshness of lemon with the creaminess of white chocolate and the sweet crunch of meringue.
