Milk Chocolates

Cornish chocolate maker Kernow are the kings of caramelly-flavoured chocolate. Their Toffee Apple chocolate bar combines apple-flavoured jelly pieces and sweet butterscotch chips to create this nostalgic autumn flavour. The Banoffee milk chocolate features creamy milk chocolate infused with caramelised banana flavours and honeycomb pieces.

For something a little less sweet, Montezuma’s “Splotch” has a whopping 51% cacao giving it a rich chocolate flavour. The caramel flavour comes from the sprinkling of butterscotch throughout the bar giving it a very slightly sticky-crunchy texture.

And for something original, there is a Guinness-flavoured bar; malty-flavoured chocolate with a gooey caramel centre.

Honeycomb combines sweetness with a light crunch. For a crunchier bar with a super creamy mouthfeel at an affordable price, there is Mackie’s Honeycomb.
For a more sophisticated treat, combing delicate honeycomb pieces in a rich and chocolately bar, there’s Chocolarder’s Cornish Honeycomb - a single-origin, bean-to-bar 50% “dark milk” chocolate.

Blonde Chocolates

The natural caramelised flavour of blonde chocolate is created by toasting the milk powder before adding it to the chocolate. This gives a natural caramel taste with flavours of toasted biscuits! Harris and James are one of the few bean-to-bar makers currently making authentic blonde chocolate made purely from cacao butter, sugar and toasted milk powder.

Kernow have also created the flavour of blonde chocolate with their Crème Caramel. It combines smooth milk and white chocolate with extra caramel flavour to create a super sweet and creamy puddingy bar. They take their Crème Caramel to the next level by adding a scattering of butterscotch, bringing the caramelly crunch for their Crème Brûlée chocolate bar.

Dark Chocolates

For the sweetness of caramel in a dark chocolate, Stateside's 71% Pecan Pie hits the spot. It’s a delicious chocolate treat with generously-sized pecans sprinkled on a bed of luxuriously maple-infused chocolate.
